The Branch Marketing and Relationships Manager is primarily tasked with creation, development, and maintenance of various business partner relationships throughout the mortgage industry. Goals for these relationships include increased borrower satisfaction and feedback, increased unit and volume production, TWG brand expansion and awareness, centralization of operations, and branch team building.

Foster referral source relationships through continuing education (such as Lunch and Learns), social media, and email marketing
Collaborate with TWG in event creation, coordination, and execution details and logistics
Coordinate with TWG Marketing to optimize branding, networking, and marketing opportunities, including maximizing exposure via social media and creating bi-annual video content for the branch
Plan and execute local branch team encounters to include weekly meetings with established agendas, monthly team building lunches, quarterly team health events, and special occasion celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries, births) to promote the Branch Manager’s overall vision and pathway to success as a team
Maintain membership of the local association of realtors, local chambers, and participation in community events
Arrange for post-closing emails and gifts; follow up with social survey reviews
Performance Expectations:
- Schedule and plan one large event per quarter
- Coordinate one breakfast, lunch, or happy hour event for realtors each month
- Schedule and plan two borrower education events such as First-Time Homebuyer per year
- Post weekly to branch and LO social media accounts including customer review graphics
- Increase Google and Yelp Reviews via efficient post-closing communication with borrowers
Communicate quickly and efficiently with TWG Headquarters regarding equipment and facility needs through the Logistics Manager, and announcements through the Group Executive Assistant
Order and maintain routine office supplies and track overall facility upkeep
Ensure branch folder documentation for income calculator, disclosure links, routine templates (emails, letters of explanation, etc) are updated and complete on a quarterly basis

Required Knowledge and Experience
Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
Extensive knowledge and understanding of current business acumen
Basic knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending processes, procedures, and regulations
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
Required Education and Experience
Associates degree with related experience in a similar field
2+ years of experience in a marketing/communication/events related role
Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure
Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
Demonstrated experience in researching and interpreting information, creating and analyzing reports, and critical thinking
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, presentation, multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
Physical Environment
This position is flexible for in-office or remote-based locations
Travel Expectations
Travel occasionally, including overnight travel. Local travel may be required for company or career-related meetings, programs, or events.
