The Graphic and Web Designer assists with the marketing plan of the group, specifically as it relates to custom marketing collateral and the group website. Develops and implements groupwide marketing communication strategies, marketing collateral, event marketing, promotional materials, website presence, and more. Advises and assists loan officers in the promotion of their business. Assists the Business Development team with additional duties, as required. Communicates with group and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

Executes custom marketing requests from office managers, loan officers and loan teams, and TWG’s Business Development team
Designs and manages orders of promotional materials for group use and custom loan officer/loan team use
Manages and maintains front-end development of group website (Craft CMS)
Assists with the design of media content for use on group and branch social media channels
Monitors website activity and progress with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in graphic design, design tools, and relevant web coding languages
Provides assistance with marketing tools to staff as needed
Provides creative solutions to group-wide problems and initiatives
Works alongside a series of third-party vendors to execute group marketing needs across the state
Markets the group to referral partners through a variety of media
Monitors emails and other professional communication channels used by the group to respond in a timely manner to all inquiries

Required Knowledge and Experience
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products
Basic knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Required Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a marketing/communication-related role
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software products
Demonstrated experience in front-end website development
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure
Demonstrated experience researching information, problem-solving, and making solid business decisions
Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques

This position is primarily an in-office position
