About Cyndi

I came to Fairway after being an Army officer for 22 years as a physical therapist. I still practice as a Red Cross Volunteer at Fort Cavazos and don’t mind treating friends and co-workers free of charge either! My part-time employment with The Wood Group allows me to also volunteer at Belton High School where my boys attend, and with the Boy Scouts of America. I enjoy living on Lake Belton, traveling with my family, and will accept any opportunity to dress up in costume!

I joined The Wood Group in June 2021 to overhaul the hiring system and now handle a portion of talent acquisition and onboarding. There is a high likelihood that I interviewed you for the position you now fill and helped you get settled in when you joined our team! As a member of Biz Dev, I also lend my services to help streamline and improve any processes that can help make our Branch Managers’ lives easier, so you might not see a lot of my behind-the-scenes work. Lastly, I distribute leads to our LOs that come in through the Wood Group website, so if you see an incoming call from me, it might be a hot lead! I enjoy promoting The Wood Group and Fairway to potential teammates and clients and sharing the pure joy that comes from working here!
