I'm Justine Smith, jack of all trades!

I grew up in North Houston, but now call Central Texas home after 20+ years in the area. I am a UMHB graduate with a BBA in Marketing. I have 3 kids that keep me busy, along with our 2 dogs, a cat, and a ferret. You could say we’re big animal lovers!

I came to Fairway in 2021 from working in real estate and started out as Matt Wood’s assistant. I still help him out, but also manage The Wood Group’s social media pages and all of the Loan Officer comp plans. If you ever have questions about your comp plan or need to make changes, please reach out!
