My name is Stevie Spradley, and I'm the Regional VP of Business Operations here at The Wood Group of Fairway. I am frequently mistaken as a Mr. Steven Spradley, so most are surprised to learn I’m actually a wife and mother of two kiddos and two fur babies ;). My husband and I both grew up in Belton, Texas, and decided to come back to the area so our kids could be raised by a village of loved ones. This was very much a blessing since I’ve spent most my adult life traveling and helping to build companies all across the globe – a calling I’ve had since I was in elementary school. My hobbies include organizing, designing, and constructing with the greatest passion and fulfillment coming from being outdoors and in fellowship.

I’ve been with the Wood Group since February 2020 and oversee and support the leads from each business operation and development function. My days are spent on efforts such as strategic planning, people/process development, project management, and financial/cost assessment for the business group.
