The Digital Media Manager assists with the marketing plan of the group, specifically as it relates to media production and publication for group social channels. Oversees all group social campaigns to include market and SEO research, content planning, graphic design, copywriting, content scheduling, consumer interaction, and campaign reporting. Develops and designs marketing collateral to assist loan officers in the promotion of their business. Assists the Business Development team with additional duties, as required. Communicates with group and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plans and executes TWG’s group- and branch-level social media strategy
  • Designs media content (graphic, video, and story) for use on social channels
  • Implements content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Schedules social media posts, campaigns, and ads
  • Interacts with social media audiences in TWG’s voice ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Escalates negative social interactions to the Marketing Manager
  • Monitors progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Sets specific social campaign objectives and reports on ROI
  • Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Manages social collateral for other marketing purposes
  • Designs and delivers custom marketing collateral for loan officers and loan teams
  • Provides assistance with social marketing tools to sales staff as needed
  • Provides creative solutions to group-wide problems and initiatives
  • Works alongside a series of third-party vendors to execute group marketing needs across the state
  • Markets the group to referral partners through a variety of media
  • Monitors emails and other professional communication channels used by the group to respond in a timely manner to all inquiries

Non-essential Job Functions

  • Works with Business Development team to provide media and marketing collateral for group events (Christmas Party, Summer Picnic, AWI events, etc.)

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and social tools (Later, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing/communication-related role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple social media accounts with social scheduling tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software products
  • Demonstrated copywriting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite software products
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure
  • Demonstrated experience researching information, problem-solving, and making solid business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques

  • This position is primarily an in-office position
